Ginger is an Asian bowl food concept created by Colin and Gary Manning, the co-founders of 60 Hope Street, Host, and The Quarter in Liverpool. Inspired by their travels across Southeast Asia and beyond, Ginger brings the vibrant flavours and cultures of the region to life.

The menu features high-quality, authentic, and fresh ingredients, offering a diverse range of dishes that showcase the bold flavours and textures from Japan, Korea, Thailand, China, and Malaysia.
